Three rooms. Centuries of character.

The Drawing Room occupies the original great hall of the 1908 mansion — mahogany paneling, coffered ceiling, and a working fireplace that was installed by the building’s first owner. It seats 60 for a formal dinner. There is no permanent stage or A/V projection; amplified sound is not permitted in this room. The atmosphere is the point.

Notes:

• Natural light through east-facing windows until approximately 2pm; dimming curtains available
• No photography permitted
• Cedar Club Kitchens prepares all food and beverage — menus are bespoke, confirmed with the member host 30 days in advance
• Service charge of 22% is included; gratuity on the house account

The Garden Terrace is a walled courtyard at the rear of the mansion — entirely private from the street and neighboring properties. Mature cedar trees provide natural canopy; string lighting is installed year-round. The Terrace is used for cocktail receptions and can be combined with the Drawing Room for a seated dinner following the reception.

Season: May through October for outdoor events; winter bookings available with a heated tent add-on (coordination required in advance).

Note on sound: Discreet background music is permitted on the Terrace; amplified performance is not permitted without prior Board approval.

The Library Suite retains the building’s original collection of reference volumes (approximately 1,200 works, catalogued 1908–1952) and is furnished for executive use. A 75-inch display screen is available for presentations; videoconference capability is available on request.

Best for:

• Board meetings and executive committee sessions
• Working dinners for a small group (24 maximum)
• Private briefings where the atmosphere matters

Cedar Club Kitchens provides light catering (working lunch, pre-dinner appetizers, beverages) for Library Suite bookings. Full dinner service is available for evening bookings of 12+.
