★★★★★Capitol Hill, Seattle · Board dinner · 42 guests · Feb 2026
The Cedar Club is irreplaceable for the right occasion. Our annual board dinner in the Drawing Room is a tradition now — 40 people in a room that’s been hosting formal dinners since before Seattle was a city. The Cedar Club Kitchens has never missed.
The Concierge Desk anticipates things before you ask for them. That’s the level of service.

★★★★★First Hill, Seattle · Private reception + dinner · 95 guests · Nov 2025
We hosted an anniversary dinner for 95 guests — cocktail reception in the Garden Terrace followed by a seated dinner in the Drawing Room with overflow tables set in the adjoining salon. The autumn lighting in the courtyard was beautiful and the menu Cedar Club Kitchens prepared (seasonal Pacific Northwest, bespoke) was one of the finest meals I’ve had in Seattle.
The discretion is genuine. No photographs, no social media, no names shared. Exactly right.

★★★☆☆Medina, WA · Corporate retreat · 28 guests · Sep 2025
The Cedar Club is undeniably atmospheric and the Library Suite worked well for our executive sessions. The food was excellent.
I’ll be honest: the pace is deliberately slow. Replies took most of a business day even for simple logistical questions. The membership sponsorship process added 5 weeks to our timeline. If you’re accustomed to corporate event venues with dedicated sales coordinators and fast turnarounds, this will feel like a different era. That’s partly the point — but it’s worth knowing if your timeline is tight.
For the right event, there’s nothing else like it in Seattle.

★★★★★Queen Anne, Seattle · Milestone dinner · 36 guests · Jul 2025
We marked a significant family occasion in the Drawing Room. The room, the food, and the service were everything we could have hoped for. Our guests — many of whom have dined at fine restaurants around the world — found the Cedar Club genuinely distinctive.
The Concierge Desk handled every detail with patience and discretion. The menu was bespoke and the kitchen team was flexible with dietary requirements. Grateful.

★★★★★Eastlake, Seattle · Annual board meeting · 18 guests · Apr 2025
We have held our annual board meeting in the Library Suite for six years. The consistency of the Cedar Club experience — the room, the service, the food — is remarkable. Nothing bout the Club has degraded in six years. If anything it’s gotten slightly better.
I can say that the Cedar Club Kitchens working lunch is the meal our board members most looked forward to each year. That says something.
